Bogi Bjarnason is a University of Iceland graduate of English Literature and Marketing, based in Reykjavík, Iceland.
He is a widely published writer and photographer in various domestic and international media, a staff writer at Ultiworld Disc Golf, a contributor to the PDGA website and a columnist for the now defunct WOW Air inflight Magazine. He is the owner of Keðjur ehf. (LLC), Reykjavík Disc Golf, Frisbíllinn and Black Ice Press and the manager of Team Innova Iceland and professional disc golfer Blær Örn Ásgeirsson.
Bands formerly managed by him include Zhrine, Auðn, Klink, Lights on the Highway and Future Figment.
Bogi has assisted the Eistnaflug Festival in various capacities throughout the years, as well as promoting shows for the likes of The Pharcyde, Cult of Luna, Gorguts and Today is the Day.
Through his agency, Black Ice Press, he's worked on projects with a wide variety of partners in Europe and the US, ranging from PR companies, advertising sellers and entertainment marketing agencies to labels, booking agents and festival promoters.
